HAVOC 2015 Games I Played - Part Two

207 Europe in Peril: Engagement at Brest-Litovsk 1920

Table 13 Command Decision-Test of Battle 4 1/72nd Post WWI and Pre WWII Victor Gregoire
Description:Poland had not been a country in 123 years. The revered General Pilsudski takes power and decides to reclaim his country by invading the Uklraine.Meanwhile Lenin, Trotsky and Stalin are massing to his north with an eye on Warsaw.
"Poland is just the bridge to Europe" when it falls the workers of the world will throw off the tyrant monarchy and unite!...maybe.

Other wonderful games I played:

315 South Sudan Decmeber 2013

Table 3 Modern Combat 15mm Modern Richard Claydon
Description:Tensions within the ruling Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) and the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) have come to a head after the President fired the entire Cabinet and purged the SPLA of may high ranking Officers. It is unclear what or who started the violence but the security situation is deteriorating rapidly in the Capital City of Juba. In this confused situation armed groups fight for control while foreign countries deploy troops to aid in the evacuation of their nationals and the United Nations Mission to South Sudan attempts to fulfill its mandate.
413 Dragon's Last Stand

Table 3 Fireball Forward 15mm WWII Thomas Ballou
Description:The fall of the Univermag Department Store in Red Square effectively destroyed the 3rd Battalion of the 39th
Regiment. Lt Dragan assumed command of the shattered remnants of the battalion and began to fight a rear guard action as he slowly fell back towards the Volga. He hoped to delay the Germans long enough for fresh
troops to arrive and stabilize the lines
504 Pionier Counterattack!, Normandy, France, 28 June 1944

Table 6 Fireball Forward 15 mm WWII Sean Barnett
Description:While the British are driving toward the River Odon during Operation Epsom, their first big offensive after D-day, the Germans counterattack against the western edge of the British salient. Reconnaissance elements, tanks, and armored engineers (panzer pioniers) of Kampfgruppe Weidinger of the 2nd SS Panzer Division encounter the 7th Seaforth Highlanders and elements of the 9th Royal Tank Regiment south of Grainville sur Odon. Will the Germans break through and threaten the British advance or will the British hold firm and continue their attack?
